Waves Water Park

Spend a day at the water park without leaving the hotel! The Waves Water Park at Best Western Plus Port O’Call features more than 8,000 square feet of aquatic adventure space, with two swirling slides, a leisure pool, a wading pool, and two hot tubs, making it a fantastic choice for sports team events and family fun.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Due to the popularity of the Waves Water Park and to maintain safety of all guests we have developed and enforcing a set of rules to guide safe use of the water park. These rules are intended to reasonably control the risks associated with the use of Waves Water Park while also facilitating the enjoyment of the pool experience.

We will now have limited number of registered guestrooms access the pool for 1-hour timeslots to ensure we are not exceeding the water park capacity dependent on the hotel’s occupancy. This must be booked at the time of check in and only applies to the peak hours.

Non-registered hotel guests (outside visitors) will not be authorized access to the water park. Food and Beverage is not permitted in the water park with the exception of bottled water in a non-breakable container.

Waves Water Park is open daily from 8am to 10pm.

Enjoy fresh, flavourful fare at the onsite Skyharbour Grill , known as one of Calgary’s best places for brunch! The aviation-themed mid-scale casual eatery is open all day, serving up delicious breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. For a casual pub-style experience, drinks, games and watching sports head over to Jetz Bar & Lounge .

Fitness Centre

Take advantage of our complimentary fitness centre, open from 5 am to 10 pm, complete with free weight machines, treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, plenty of floor space and several flatscreen TVs. While staying at Best Western Plus Port O’Call there is no need to worry about missing a workout.

The fitness centre is open daily from 8am to 10pm.

Swimming Pool

In addition to Waves Water Park we have a separate heated indoor swimming pool that is much quieter for those just want to take a nice dip in the water. The swimming pool area is open daily from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm throughout the year.

Hot Tub and Sauna

Enjoy some relaxing and quiet time in our hot tub and sauna which is available daily from 8:30am to 10pm for guests to enjoy. Both are located at the pool deck area. Enjoy some time rejuvenating in our hot tub and sauna, the perfect stress relief before your flight or drive home.
